Current Service Advisory Information
Pathfinder is currently experiencing a limited service outage. We are happy to report that some of our services have been restored and are now functioning properly, however several tools remain down.
Please read carefully below for more information on the status of each service and our recommended solutions while we work to restore full functionality. As always, we appreciate your patience and continued partnership as we strive to return full service as quickly as possible.
Services Currently Experiencing an Ongoing Outage
- Add Multiple Cases. This functionality – accessible from the ‘My Cases’ page – is currently not functioning properly.
- Daily Updates of Existing Cases. Existing cases are not currently being refreshed daily as expected. Please see below for a temporary solution. NOTE: You will still receive your Daily Docket email, however any new case changes will not be included in this email at this time. This email will still include the EAD clock and any upcoming hearing reminders.
Currently Functioning Normally
- All new reports: Entering a brand new A number to generate a new report will function as expected. With our latest updates, all new reports are loading 10x faster.
- USCIS receipt tracking: Uploading of USCIS receipts to track EADs is functioning as expected.
- All dashboards including the Judge Calendar, Motions, and Asylum Navigator are working as expected.
Temporary solution for receiving updates on existing cases
If you have an existing case in Pathfinder that needs to be refreshed or updated, that will not happen automatically at this time. Instead, please re-enter the A number as if you were running the report for the first time using the ‘Add a Case’ button from the ‘My Cases’ page. Re-running a case in this way will not count against your total number of cases, and will produce a fresh version of the case for you to use in the interim until daily automated refreshes are fully restored.
