EOIR Data Delay Impacting Case Updates
Pathfinder relies on EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) data to provide up-to-date information on immigration cases. This data is typically released by the government on a monthly basis and serves as the foundation for all case reports and insights on our platform.
Due to the current government shutdown, the EOIR dataset has not been updated since its last release. As a result, all case information displayed on Pathfinder reflects data current as of August 22nd and does not include any subsequent updates or changes to immigration cases.
Due to the delay in receiving new EOIR data, Pathfinder has not been updated since the last EOIR data release on August 22. As a result, the platform does not include any updates or case changes beyond that release, with the exception of upcoming hearing information.
Services Currently Experiencing an Ongoing Issue
- Data Currency: All case reports, dashboards, and insights reflect EOIR data that is current only through August 22nd. No case updates, with the exception of upcoming hearing information, or other modifications that occurred after this date will be reflected in Pathfinder until the government releases updated data.
