Organization Dashboard – Overview
The Organization Dashboard is the central administrative hub for managing an organization’s Pathfinder account. It provides visibility into subscription details, usage, and user access, and serves as the entry point for organization-level administration tasks.
Organization and Subscription Overview
At the top of the dashboard, users can view key information about their organization and account status, including:

Organization Name and Subscription Type
Displays the organization’s name and the active subscription plan. -
Case Usage
Shows how many case history reports have been run relative to the subscription’s usage limit. -
User Capacity
Indicates the maximum number of users allowed, how many user slots are available, and how many users are currently associated with the organization. -
Subscription Status and Dates
Provides confirmation that the subscription is active, along with the subscription start and end dates. -
Billing Management Access
Includes a link to manage billing and subscription details through the organization’s payment provider. This includes the ability to modify your subscription level, cancel your account, and add/reduce total user licenses for Pathfinder.
User Management Overview
The Organization Dashboard summarizes all users associated with the organization and their activity:

This view helps administrators understand usage patterns and user engagement across the organization.

User Invitations
The dashboard provides visibility into pending and recently sent user invitations, including invite status, role type, and expiration date. This is also where administrators can initiate invitations for new users to join the organization.
