Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel a Subscription

Step 1: Log into your Pathfinder account. 

Step 2: Select "My account" from the menu at the top of the page, you will be directed to your account information. 

Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Billing Details" section and select "Manage My Subscription". 

Step 4: You will be redirected to a new screen where you'll be asked to log in with your pathfinder email address.

 

Step 5: You will then recieve an email from Mobile Pathways in your inbox that will look like the image below. Select "Log in to your customer portal". 

Step 6: You will be directed to a page where you can see and manage your current subscriptions as well as your payment.

Step 7: You will be able to update the frequency of payment, as your plan selection. 

Step 8: Select continue, and you are good to go!
